1. Sponsor
The QPharmRX iPad Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by QuantumPharmRX.
2. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open individuals who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and who meet all other requirements contained in these Official Rules.
Employees, officers, directors, owners, representatives, agents, and immediate family members or household members of the Sponsor and its affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and prize suppliers are not eligible to enter or win.
The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at now and ends on August, 23rd (the “Giveaway Period”).
Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period are void.
4. How to Enter
To enter, visit qpharmrx.com/ipad-giveaway during the Giveaway Period and complete the online entry form according to the instructions provided.
Limit one (1) entry per person during the Giveaway Period unless otherwise specifically stated by the Sponsor.
No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win.
5. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
The drawing will be conducted within [10] business days following the conclusion of the Giveaway Period.
The Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Giveaway are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway.
6. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, and/or Publicity Release, where permitted by law, within the time period specified by the Sponsor.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the required time period, is determined to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. Prize
One (1) Apple iPad will be awarded.
The exact model, configuration, color, and/or accessories will be determined by the Sponsor and may be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value at the Sponsor’s discretion if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
Any federal, state, or local taxes or other expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, provides inaccurate information, or otherwise attempts to interfere with the legitimate operation of the Giveaway.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, human error, or any other circumstance beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
9. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless QPharmRX, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, and prize suppliers from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use the winner’s name, photograph, likeness, and/or city and state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with the Giveaway will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
By entering, participants acknowledge that the Sponsor may use the information provided for purposes associated with administering the Giveaway and, where permitted and consistent with applicable law and the Sponsor’s privacy practices, for communications regarding QPharmRX products, services, promotions, and other information.
12. Apple Disclaimer
Apple Inc. is not a sponsor, administrator, or participant in this Giveaway and is not affiliated with QPharmRX or this promotion.
